I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in Forensic Psychology; licensed and practicing in Washington state.
My practice primarily offers psycholegal evaluations in the context of civil litigation (i.e., Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death), or criminal proceedings (i.e., competency to stand trial, mental state, diminished capacity). I have been retained by both the plaintiff and defense bar as a psychological damages expert.
Additional practice offerings: diagnostic clarification evaluations, attorney consultation services, civil commitment pursuant to RCW 71.05.
At this time, I only accept attorney-represented forensic evaluations. I do not offer psychotherapy services. Inquiries for out of state services are welcomed, but retainment is dependent on licensing requirements which vary by jurisdiction. For a map of PSYPACT states, please visit this link.

I completed my undergraduate degree at Kent State University, with a major in Psychology and minor in Criminology and Justice Studies. My graduate education was completed at Palo Alto University, in a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), where I earned my M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Forensic Psychology. My dissertation was completed as part of a larger study developing a new measure designed to detect malingered PTSD.
My clinical and research experiences span a variety of settings serving clinical and justice-involved populations including community mental health, Veteran’s Affairs Medical Centers, a psychiatric inpatient program within a maximum security state prison, and a state Department of Rehabilitation program. I completed my year long APA accredited predoctoral internship at Atascadero State Hospital on California’s central coast.
After obtaining my Ph.D., I completed a one-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Forensic Psychology, offered through a collaboration between the University of Washington’s School of Medicine and the state of Washington’s Office of Forensic Mental Health Services. As a fellow, I gained additional supervised experience in forensic evaluation within criminal and civil proceedings, inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings.
